Over the stove berry oatmeal

 



Ingredients: 
  • Rolled oats
  • Water
  • Milk of choice
  • Frozen blueberries, or berry of choice
  • Your choice of toppings, for example I used bananas, granola and blueberries
  • Salt
  • Optional:
    • Maple syrup
    • vanilla extract
    • Protein powder 

Direactions:
  • In a medium-low heated pot add:
    • 2/3 cup of rolled oats
    • 1/2 cup of your milk choice
    • 1/2 cup of water
    • 1/2 cup of your frozen fruit
    • Pinch of salt
  • Optional options:
    • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
    • splash of vanilla extract
    • Scoop of chosen protein powder 
  • Stir every here and there
  • After 5min add your protein powder
  • When it is at your desired consistency pour into a bowl and let it cool down for a couple minutes
  • Then add your desired topping
