Over the stove berry oatmeal
Ingredients:
- Rolled oats
- Water
- Milk of choice
- Frozen blueberries, or berry of choice
- Your choice of toppings, for example I used bananas, granola and blueberries
- Salt
- Optional:
- Maple syrup
- vanilla extract
- Protein powder
Direactions:
- In a medium-low heated pot add:
- 2/3 cup of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of your milk choice
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of your frozen fruit
- Pinch of salt
- Optional options:
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- splash of vanilla extract
- Scoop of chosen protein powder
- Stir every here and there
- After 5min add your protein powder
- When it is at your desired consistency pour into a bowl and let it cool down for a couple minutes
- Then add your desired topping
- Enjoy! :)
